There's a twist this year to the "World's Largest Bubble Bath" promotion on WIP-AM (610), in which a dozen women in bikinis will hunt for plastic eggs filled with prizes Thursday morning among the soap suds filling the showroom at Steven Singer Jewelers at Eighth and Walnut Streets. Five men will wear itsy-bitsy bathing suits while they plunge in to search for an engagement ring; expectation from Angelo Cataldi and crew is that the finder will propose to his girlfriend on the spot.
