GETTING THERE: Driving to the festival is discouraged because the crowds are huge and the parking limited. Free shuttle bus service is available at the following locations, which are accessible via car (limited parking available) or SEPTA:

Independence Visitor Center (6th and Market streets).

Fern Rock Transportation Center (North 10th Street and Nedro Avenue).

Cheltenham Mall Home Depot (2385 W. Cheltenham Ave.).
