That's the plan for the "Vino Vitae" event that the National Constitution Center (525 Arch St.) will host from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. March 25 to celebrate its current exhibit, "Ancient Rome & America," which runs through Aug. 1. A five-course dinner will feature wine pairings from Italy's Mastroberardino winery. Max & Me caterers will prepare a meal that includes a classic risotto, seared cod with pappardelle and braised short ribs osso bucco. Tix are $149 a person and include an exhibit tour. * Going meatless for Lent? The recently renovated Italian BYOB Avalon Restaurant (312 S. High St., West Chester, 610-436-4100) offers a $40, four-course, fish-centric Lenten menu Fridays through April 2. All Friday dinners come with a complimentary craft beer and artisanal cheese course. A three-course, $25 brunch is on the menu for Easter Sunday, April 4. Bring your own vodka for the free Create-Your-Own Bloody Mary Bar.
