SELF-TAUGHT chef and food personality Hope Cohen has been a culinary force in Philadelphia since the late '70s, working in A-list restaurants including Striped Bass, Rouge and ¡Pasion!

She has her own catering/consulting company, reps products on QVC and hosted "The Fretz Kitchen," Comcast CN8's cooking show.
