Waterfront fireworks to ring in 2014

Philadelphia again this year will ring in the New Year with two fireworks displays on the Delaware River waterfront.

The first is scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday - when it will be 2014 in Europe but early enough for the little ones here - and again at midnight, both sponsored by the SugarHouse Casino.

Dress warm if you are planning to go. The forecast for Tuesday night calls for a low of 24 with west winds, 7 to 13 m.p.h.
