At least 500 people plan to get high at the Liberty Bell

Got plans on Saturday? No? Well, you do now. Philly's chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (PhillyNORML) is organizing the "Smoke Down Prohibition" event at Independence Mall where errbody is gonna stick it to the man by tokin' up together (solidarity, bro). That'll learn 'em. The event is slated to run from 3:30 to 4:45. They're going to read haikus about marijuana submitted by attendees because it wouldn't truly be a stoner event unless there was a public reading of love poems about pot. Then, everybody's going to light a joint at, you guessed it, 4:20 in the p.m. Also, there's this pot-themed parody of "The Greatest Love of All". See you there?
