Sideshow: Miranda Lambert finds post-marriage solace

Glee alum Mark Salling, 33, was arrested Tuesday for alleged felony possession of child pornography after the LAPD's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force served a search warrant at his home.

The singer-actor, who played Noah "Puck" Puckerman on the Fox musical, was in possession of more than 1,000 images of children "significantly younger than 15 and 16 year olds," TMZ says, citing unnamed police sources.

Fans expressed sadness and outrage on Twitter. "[G]enuinely shocked and devastated," writes one. "I spent years thinking Mark Salling was a genuinely kindhearted person and now I just feel disgusted," says another.

The original copy of Melissa Mathison's will is missing, TMZ says. The E.T. screenwriter, who died last month from cancer at 65, was worth $22 mil. Mathison was married to Harrison Ford for two decades and had two children with him.

Conservative fans are angry at Firefly creator and Avengers director Joss Whedon for announcing he will match public donations to Planned Parenthood up to $100,000. The org provides abortions as well as prenatal care. The flurry of negative tweets has intensified since Philly-born conservative Catholic pundit Michelle Malkin hightlighted the issue on her twitchy.com site.

In the olden days, people went to temple priests to help them decipher messages in nature. Today, gossipers do the same with celeb body art. Case in point: Kylie Jenner has Instagrammed an image of her new tattoo, a word written in hot pink. Located on her right hip, it's a series of letters and diacritical marks that constitute the dictionary's phonetic spelling of sanity.

Does this mean the 18-year-old needs help remembering how to say it? Or is it a sign she aspires to be a sane person?

Perhaps it's an ironic comment on how the concept of sane behavior is a construct, an effect of the play of social, economic, and political forces that weigh on the individual? Why else is it on her hip? It's just the kind of deconstructive salvo one expects from the Keeping Up with the Kardashians teen.

Miranda Lambert has found post-marriage solace after her very public breakup with Blake Shelton, in the arms of one Michael Cameron Anderson, a Nashville musician who goes by the stage name Anderson East, People and Us Weekly report.

Lambert, 32, split with her husband of four years in July. She has made nary a public comment about East. Recently, she told Cosmo marriage is "completely not on my radar at all right now."

For his part, Shelton has been seeing Gavin Rossdale's ex-, Gwen Stefani.

The Walking Dead's Lauren Cohan, 33, was thin as a kid. She was mocked for it at school. "In my teens . . . I started to be more aware of my body, and I didn't like being skinny," the actor tells Shape mag.

Cohan, who plays Maggie Greene on the zombie killfest, compensated by gorging on junk food. "Eating became a way of not getting attention for looking too skinny, but it was also self-sabotage," she says. In "the last few years, I've gotten back on track with exercising for fun and eating right, and now I'm in a happy place with myself." We love a happy ending.
