South Jerseys own Kelly Ripa is rooting for the Eagles, clearly.

As Super Bowl LII approaches, Minneapolis is being flooded with Eagles fans. But at least a few made their way to New York for a taping of Live with Kelly and Ryan, where a spontaneous Eagles chant broke out during the show.

Kelly Ripa, a South Jersey native, started today's show with a look at a pair of green high heels she had worn in honor of the Eagles, saying that the shoes were "an Eagles tribute." Co-host Ryan Seacrest compared the shoes to nice rims on a car.

The studio audience, meanwhile, applauded Ripa's tribute, and followed it up with a chant of "E-A-G-L-E-S, Eagles!" Both Ripa and Seacrest cheered back, but Ripa recognized the gravity of the moment.

"You guys, we can never go to Boston again, you know that?" she said.

Ripa previously discussed the Eagles' Super Bowl run on on Live with Kelly and Ryan last week, showing off a photo of her father in an Eagles underdog mask on the show. Ripa was unfamiliar with the masks, but as she said on the show, "everybody in Philadelphia and South Jersey straightened me out on social media."
