The Emergency Aid of Pennsylvania Foundation (EA), with headquarters in Wayne, has a storied history. The organization has been honored by presidents (Franklin Roosevelt) and governors (Ed Rendell). For 100 years, the foundation has helped families in need in the five-county region of Southeastern Pennsylvania. It has provided college scholarships that are accompanied by seven years of mentoring, and provided grants to improve the lives of children and families. Proceeds from the Taste of the Mainline will further the EA mission and tradition.
