Company description: "Once harvested, the claws are cooked fresh on the boat, then promptly chilled - never frozen - and flown fresh to the restaurants."

Review: Chain Gang doesn't usually splurge on swanky steak houses, but when Del Frisco's offered us an opportunity to taste their famous stone crab claws, available only between October and May, we had to take the plunge.

The claws, served hours after being caught off the coast of Florida, were truly "jumbo"- 3 inches long and brimming with sweet, juicy meat that didn't require much coaxing to pry out of the shell.

The claws' simple preparation brings out their full flavor, but the house-made mustard adds extra kick.

Summary: These claws are big enough for a personal entrée, but they also make a great appetizer for the table.
