A symphony of recipes

The Philadelphia Orchestra has compiled its first cookbook in 21 years - Kitchen Compositions, with 150 recipes from 90 of the orchestra's musicians, staff, and supporters. The spiral-bound book offers a look at the culinary dabblings of musical celebs such as concertmaster David Kim's salsa fresca and principal violinist Rachel Ku's Taiwanese noodle salad. Proceeds benefit the orchestra.
