Pass the butter

The latest trendy butter replacement is coconut oil, and Philadelphia company Lafiya Foods is offering a tasty version that you can feel good about. Their cold-pressed, extra-virgin, organic coconut oil is made from coconuts harvested from family and cooperatively owned farms in West Africa. Spread it on bread or toast, or use it to saute vegetables for a curry.
