Movie stars and pop singers going temporarily vegan is a well-established trend - and, granted, not all of them stick with it. But with longtime vegans like Mayim Bialik sharing nourishing recipes, Sen. Cory Booker extending his 2014 vegan experiment into 2015 and an icon of Beyonce's stature attaching her name to a vegan business, we may have moved to a new phase of animal-free celebrity activism. Thanks partially to such trendsetters, interest is growing. Soon all of America might be giving a plant-based lifestyle a spin.
