For sheer culinary entertainment, it's tough to beat a night at Cook, the demo kitchen off Rittenhouse Square that hosts Philly's top chefs.
In December, Cook brought in two very different bar chefs - Kevin Yanaga (left) of Zama and Mark Regan of South Philadelphia Tap Room - for a cooking battle as part of its Open Stove series.
For Cook's blog, Drew Lazor recapped the evening, describing how the chefs handled secret ingredients like organic chestnuts and Green & Black's dark chocolate.
