Makes 4 servings
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 small onion, minced
1 bunch scallions, sliced thin
1 pound ribeye, sliced thin
1. Whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper in large bowl. Add onions, scallions, and ribeye, and toss to coat evenly.
2. To cook: Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
3. Add the beef and cook, stirring often, until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
