Hope's Cookies' cow has come home
Baby Moo is back outside the Rosemont shop.
The twice-stolen calf statue known as Baby Moo is now back next to its mother, Mama Moo, outside of Hope's Cookies in Rosemont, and owner Herb Spivak hopes that it will be for good.
Spivak went all out this time, adding a concrete pad and sinkers, presenting what pranksters will surely view as simply a bigger challenge.
