The City of Philadelphia posted a map on its website that displays all the locations throughout the city that provide the vaccines.
If you don't have any coverage, there are a handful of places you can go to that don't require insurance such as Max Meyers Recreation Center and the St. Cyprian Catholic Church. Other locations, such as the District Health Centers, require you to have insurance.
