ACTUALLY, don't eat like this. A friend asked me recently what bodybuilders eat to look so buff for their photo spreads. This is a sample diet during the prep stage. They drop the carbs entirely as the big day approaches.

1 BORING BREAKFAST

Nine to 10 egg whites and 1/2cup plain cooked oatmeal (no sugar added).

2 FISH

The day's second meal might be 3 or 4 ounces of fish, 4 or 5 ounces of string beans and 1/2 cup cooked brown rice.

3 MORE FISH

A third meal would consist of another 3 to 4 ounces of fish with a plain 3-ounce sweet potato. (No candied yams here.)

4 FISH AGAIN!

A fourth small meal would consist of 3 to 4 ounces of fish with 10 asparagus spears.

5 PROTEIN SHAKES

Some fitness models also add one or two protein shakes between meals. They also drink a minimum of 75 to 125 ounces of water.
