There are many wonderful things about the new gargantuan iPhone 6s Plus. Carrying it around is not one of them - until now. Bandolier has come to the rescue with a stylish case that provides full access to the touch screen, camera, and all control buttons and ports without having to open the case, and that has storage space for credit cards. The Bandolier Snap Back Case holds the iPhone 6s Plus and older 6 Plus (just snap the phone into the rigid, felt-lined frame). An included cross-body strap has swiveling lobster-claw clasps that attach to metal loops in the bottom corners of the case. (Wearing the phone upside-down lets you simply tilt the case upward to use it).

The back of the case incorporates a matching, nearly flat, sewn-in, snap-open pocket that conceals two slim card slots. The case comes in black leather or faux snakeskin in gray, merlot, and gold.

Bandolier also makes a snap-back case, the Bandolet, which comes with a 7-inch-long chain instead of a cross-body strap. Wear the Bandolet as a wristlet or attach it to a bag strap. Similar cases for large Android cellphones are in the works, although, depending on phone design, some may not have storage slots.

Bandolier Snap-Back Case with cross-body strap, $85 to $130; Bandolet with carry chain, $75 to $95; additional cross-body straps, $30 to $65; at www.bandolierstyle.com.
