contest machine is taking off for the holidays, so you'll have to count on Santa to provide you with prizes until after the first of the year.

But in a great climax to 2007, Jim Clark, of Hatboro, will be flying off to Ireland, since he's the grand-prize winner in our "P.S. I Love You" movie promotion.

Clark and a guest will spend five nights in the Emerald Isle, where much of the film was shot. "P.S. I Love You," starring Hillary Swank, opens Friday.

Also opening Friday is "Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story." Surely it's a coincidence that the winner of that movie contest is Paul Cox (no relation), of Philadelphia. His prize is a Guitar Hero 3 bundle for PlayStation 2 and 10 VIP seats for an advanced screening of the rock-and-roll mockumentary.

Five first-prize winners also won passes to the screening and a Dewey Cox calendar. They are Kelly Caruso, of Philadelphia; Jerry Berkowitz, of Conshohocken; Abbe Longman and Mike Swinty, of King of Prussia, and Christine Palladino, of Norristown.

Twenty more readers won passes to the film: Rita Gordon and Gabrielle Affleck, of Philadelphia; Bob Fitzpatrick, Carol Chavarria and Chris Maurizio, of King of Prussia; Linda Kuhlen, of Royersford; Janis Ocko, of Narberth; Peter Bay, Edward Early and Mary Beth Ormsby, of Norristown; Shane Finkel and Holly Corpus, of Plymouth Meeting; Patricia Williams, of Springfield; Nathan-iel Barker and Alexander Griffith, of Wayne; Frank Toner and Susan Bloom, of Paoli; Steven Stepelevich, of Devon; Deb Ellis, of Conshohocken, and Taryn Brody, of Ardmore. *
