FLIGHT PLAN

The nonprofit Red Tail Project is making airworthy a P-51 Mustang, the aircraft most closely associated with the 332nd Fighter Group, later to be known as the Tuskegee Airmen. The Red Tail Mustang will be the centerpiece of a traveling educational display, telling the stories of America's first African-American military aviators, and providing lessons about overcoming obstacles. To learn more about the project, the men or to donate, go to www.redtail.org.
