Use air conditioners and fans.

Open windows to release trapped hot air.

Some medications cause an adverse reaction in hot weather so persons taking meds should consult with their doctor.

Wear lightweight clothing.

Drink non-alcoholic liquids, warm or cool.

Shower or bathe in water that is near skin temperature.

Maintain a normal diet.

Don't leave seniors, children or pets alone in cars.
