Vick Foundation.

The party takes place Jan. 7 at 7 p.m. at 777 S. Broad St. Get it?

"This event is not about football," Kijafa Vick, Michael's wife, told the People Paper's Jenice Armstrong, following Sunday's game. "We're looking for people who are willing to help us help other people."

The foundation kicked off in September and has made sizable donations to the Red Cross for Superstorm Sandy relief efforts and to Fairmount Park for repairs to a football field in Hunting Park, among other efforts.

"There are a lot of people who need help," Kijafa said. "We would like to help as many people as we can."

Tickets are $75. To purchase, log onto eventbrite.com.

West at the shore

Kanye West was performing at Revel, in Atlantic City, on Saturday night, and he took a break from his show to tell the audience how he really feels.

According to USA Today, West is just another in a long line of celebrities who plays the media like a virtuoso and then rails against it.

"They'll try to tell you Kanye's so crazy, so deranged," Kanye told his audience. "I ain't crazy, I'm just not satisfied.

West also talked about receiving death threats on Twitter, but isn't that one of the main uses of Twitter - to anonymously threaten celebrities?

He added that he will not be attending the Grammy Awards this year, even though he's nominated for six awards. Sometimes you can make the biggest statement with your absence.

That will not be true in this case.

Sheen-o-phobia

Charlie Sheen was the man of the hour at the opening of his new bar - El Ganzo - in the Mexican resort of Cabo San Lucas, but TMZ.com says the host with the most blew it with the toast, yelling to the audience, "How we doing? . . . Lying bunch of f--got a--holes, how we doing?"

Charlie, who is a partner in the bar, told TMZ two things about the comments:

"I meant no ill will and intended to hurt no one, and I apologize if I offended anyone."

He added, "I meant to say maggot, but I have a lisp."

TATTBITS

* Here's why they call it "acting":

"Hunger Games" badass Jennifer Lawrence tells Marie Claire South Africa that one of her New Year's resolutions is to stand up for herself.

"It's hard for me," she said. "Nobody wants to be disliked. You always want to be polite and be nice. I tried to find a balance in saying what I mean and still being nice. I can't do it. I have this 'OK' attitude and everything. I end up allowing myself to get walked over and resenting it."

Jennifer, who's dating British actor Nicholas Hoult ("About a Boy"), also isn't likely to find herself in the tabs anytime soon.

"I'm kind of an old lady," she said. "After it's 11, I'm like, 'Don't these kids ever get tired?' When I'm out, I think about my couch."

Simon Cowell may be occasionally "dating" Carmen Electra, but he's going to be spending New Year's in Barbados with his former fiancée Megan Hussainy.

The New York Post's Page Six says that Carmen is spending New Year's Eve in Las Vegas.

Earlier this month, Simon said of Carmen: "She's not my girlfriend. We're people who date. She's adorable, isn't she?"

Carmen has said of Simon: "He's so cute. He is adorable. He's actually a sweetheart. . . . I really liked him. I think he's really cool."

Where did they meet? Homeroom?

Katt Williams, the Lindsay Lohan of black comedians, is out on bail after being arrested in L.A. on suspicion of child endangerment and possession of a stolen gun.

Police Officer Norma Eisenman says that Williams was taken into custody Friday after the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services did a welfare check at his home. Authorities found multiple guns, one of which had been reported stolen.

Eisenman says that the DCFS did not specify how many children lived at the home or whether they were removed.

Katt was arrested earlier this month on a felony warrant related to a police chase. In November, he was accused of hitting a man on the head with a bottle during a fight.

Katie Holmes' Broadway play, "Dead Accounts," announced its closing yesterday due to poor ticket sales.

The final performance will be Jan. 6.
