Boy, 3, falls from apartment

A 3-YEAR-OLD boy fell out of a window at a Frankford apartment building yesterday and was rushed to St. Christopher's Hospital for Children, where he was in critical condition.

Police said he fell from a third-floor window of an apartment at Foulkrod Street near Horrocks about 6 p.m.

It was unclear last night what caused the fall.
