* Keep a gratitude journal. Each night, write down five things you are thankful for.
* Practice mindfulness. Take at least two minutes out of your day to pause and go within.
* Download an application, such as the Insight Timer, to help your meditation practice.
* Remember that the best present this holiday season is your presence.
* Don't wait till December; buy holiday gifts all year 'round.
* Do a time out if you find yourself stressed at the mall.
