Two fishermen discovered the decomposing body of a black male Thursday in the waters off Palmyra between the Riverton Borough Marina and the Tacony Palmyra Bridge. Police said the man was between 25 and 40 years old and 220 to 270 pounds. The body was recovered wearing black Puritan brand pants with a 42 waist and a 32-inch inseam; a black leather belt; and one tan boot, size 11, said Lt. Gerald Lewis, a state police spokesman.
