Police arrested 18 people in a paid of drug raids on rival dealers Wednesday morning in Collingdale Borough, authorities said.

The operation began just after 6 a.m. and ended 3 1/2 hours later.

Seventeen individuals - 14 men and three women - we're arrested on drug charges. One individual was arrested on an outstanding domestic warrant.

The raid was dubbed "My Block" after how the alleged dealers referred to their territory.

Two homes on Lincoln Ave. were involved, Delaware County District Attorney Jack Whelan said, calling the occupants of the houses "warring parties" who were at at odds over territory.

Seized in the raid were three handguns, a shotgun, 1000 counterfeit prescription slips, $2000 in cash, heroin paraphernalia, cocaine, marijuana and prescription pills, Whelan said. Cell phones confiscated during the raid will be analyzed for information related to drug crimes.
