A third sexual assault in three weeks was reported on West Chester University's campus, according to the school's public safety website.

A student reported she was attacked at 2:28 a.m. Saturday at a residence hall by a man described as about 5 feet, 4 inches tall, of "small, thin build" and wearing a black hooded sweatshirt. No other details were available, according to university police. Pam Sheridan, a college spokeswoman, could not be reached for comment.

The public safety website also described an April 4 sexual assault in a residence hall that was reported by a "third party" six days later. In that case, which allegedly occurred at 4 a.m., the victim was a student who knew her assailant. He was described as a 19-year-old West Chester student. Another attack on campus allegedly occurred at 8 p.m. March 30. The victim said she knew her attacker and said he was 24.
