As part of the Kids for a Cure Campaign going on in all Owen J. Roberts elementary schools, principal Dr. Barry Flicker of North Coventry has put his hair, currently a salt-and-pepper mix of brown and gray, on the line.

If his students raise $622 by May 18, one dollar per student, Flicker will die his hair purple, the color for cancer survivors, for the school's May 30 relay for life celebration.

The Kids for a Cure Campaign is part of Pottstown's Relay for Life fund-raising effort
