SS. Peter and Paul students get broadcasting tips from Ch. 6 meteorologist

A TV meteorologist visited SS. Peter and Paul Catholic Elementary School last week to talk with some prospective broadcasters, and help some other students with their weather education.

Adam Joseph, meteorologist for 6ABC Action News, visited the East Goshen school on Nov. 27. He spent time with the sixth through eighth graders on Peter and Paul's student broadcasting team, who put together "Wake-up Call at Ss. Peter and Paul," a daily morning announcement show that includes a weather report of its own.

Joseph visited Peter and Paul's TV station, along with an Action News cameraman, and told the students interested in pursuing broadcasting to be themselves and follow their dreams.

Joseph also spent time with first and second-graders, talking about a number of weather-related topics including clouds, barometric pressure, and fog. A short clip of Joseph's visit to Peter and Paul aired on the 5 p.m. broadcast of the Action News on Nov. 27.
