PECO reported about 12,500 weather-related power outages in Montgomery, Chester and Delaware Counties between 1 p.m. and midnight, a PECO spokesman said this morning.
The highest number of outages at any one time - about 7,000 - took place between 8 and 9 p.m. last night, according to PECO. Nearly all power has been restored.
In South Jersey, PSF&G reported 450 outages in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester counties, according to spokesman Joe Prusik. All power has been restored.
Flights from Atlanta to New York are seeing delays due to storms and wind in the Midwest and Northeast.
Dense fog in the Chicago area caused delays of about an hour on average for all flights in and out of O'Hare International Airport. About 150 flights at O'Hare were canceled Sunday due to low visibility, high winds and dense fog.
