Middle school students perform tonight at Bristol theater

Bucks County's Bristol Riverside Theatre will host a performance tonight by a group of 15 seventh and eighth graders from Bristol Borough Middle School who have been working with rapper, actor and playwright Will Power, who helped them craft short "spoken word" performances that will tell their own stories.

Bucks County's Bristol Riverside Theatre will host a performance tonight by a group of 15 seventh and eighth graders from Bristol Borough Middle School who have been working with rapper, actor and playwright Will Power, who helped them craft short "spoken word" performances that will tell their own stories.

The show, at 7:00 p.m. is free and open to the public. The theater is at 120 Radcliffe Street in Bristol.

Power, whose The Seven, a hip-hop adaptation of the Greek tragedy Seven Against Thebes, was performed Off-Broadway at the New York Theatre Workshop in 2006 and who has appeared in several television specials and movies, will also perform.
