2 jackpots now top $100 million

This week, lotteries will be trying to play Santa.

This week, lotteries will be trying to play Santa.

Of course, they'll give away millions, but there's no guarantee anyone will win the two biggest prizes - both now more than $100 million.

Tomorrow night, an annuity jackpot worth $162 million is up for grabs in Mega Millions, played in New Jersey and 11 other states.

Nobody hit all the numbers drawn Friday night: 10, 20, 30, 44 and 49, with a Mega Ball of 24.

Seven tickets, though, won $250,000 for matching the first five numbers but not the Mega Ball. Ohio sold two, while California, Georgia, Michigan, New York and Texas each sold one.

Wednesday night, Powerball - played in Pennsylvania, Delaware and 29 other states - will have a top prize of $106 million.

No one hit all the numbers drawn Saturday night: 17, 24, 39, 41 and 47, with a Powerball of 21.

A Pennsylvania ticket won $200,000 for matching the first five numbers. Oregon and Vermont each had one such winner as well.

No one had those numbers plus the Power Play multiplier option, so there was no $1 million winner.
