Man shot dead in near N.E. Phila.
A 29-year-old man who had been shot in the back on Frankford Street died early Thursday at Temple University Hospital, police said. Seth Johnson was wounded about 11:50 p.m. Wednesday on the 1500 block of Church Street, not far from his home on the 4400 block of Frankford Avenue, police said.
