Equipment problems disrupted service on SEPTA's Norristown Regional Rail Line this morning, prompting the cancellation of at least two trains.

Equipment problems disrupted service on SEPTA's Norristown Regional Rail Line this morning, prompting the cancellation of at least two trains.

Delays of up to two hours were reported on the line before SEPTA said regular was returning to normal at 10:30 a.m.

SEPTA said rider should expect residual delays as service resumed.

In addition, switch problems forced the Norristown High Speed Line to operate inbound local trains only between Bryn Mawr and the 69th Street Terminal through the morning until about 10 a.m.
