Police have arrested two teens believed to have been captured on video assaulting a 65-year-old man Wednesday in Olney.

The man was walking on the 400 block of Chelten Avenue shortly after 3 p.m., when two males rushed up from behind. At least one threw punches, knocking the man to the sidewalk, as seen on the video.

Head injuries, including to the face and jaw, landed the man at Einstein Medical Center, according to police.

Samuel Cave, 19, of the 400 block of Champlost Street, and a juvenile, were arrested early Thursday based on a tip from someone who watched the surveillance video, police said.

Cave and his alleged accomplice were expected to be charged with aggravated assault, robbery, and related offenses.
