Funeral arrangements have not yet been set for Officer Robert Wilson III, who was killed in the line of duty last week.

Earlier Tuesday, the Philadelphia Police Department released information that a viewing had been set for this Friday and a second viewing for Saturday. However, the department has issued a statement that there are no official arrangements as of yet.

Check back for updates for when services are announced.

The 30-year-old officer, an eight-year veteran of the department, was shot to death last Thursday while buying a video game for his son at the GameStop store in the Swampoodle section of North Philadelphia.

He is survived by his two sons, 10-year-old Quahmier and 1-year-old Robert IV; his grandparents, Robert Wilson Sr. and Constance Wilson; a sister, Shakira Wilson-Burroughs; a brother, Dareon Wilson; and nieces and nephews.

Two men, Carlton Hipps and Ramone Williams, allegedly attempted an armed robbery while he was standing at the counter, and engaged in a gun battle with Wilson, who police have said protected customers in the store by drawing the men's fire toward him.
