Man shot to death in Nicetown
An unidentified man was fatally shot Monday afternoon in the city's Nicetown section. The man was shot in the head, neck, and hand about 1:55 p.m. outdoors in the 3900 block of Germantown Avenue.

An unidentified man was fatally shot Monday afternoon in the city's Nicetown section, police said.
The man was shot in the head, neck, and hand about 1:55 p.m. while outside on the 3900 block of Germantown Avenue. He was pronounced dead at the scene by medics. Police reported no arrests or motive.
