Man shot to death in probable Kingsessing robbery

A 29-year-old man was killed last night in the Kingsessing section of Southwest Philadelphia, police said.

The victim, Karim Miles, was shot multiple times on the 1800 block of South Cecil Street about 6:30 p.m. He was taken to the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was pronounced dead at 6:51 p.m.

Police had no suspects, but said the probable motive was robbery.
