Glassboro police and the Gloucester County Prosecutor's Office are still looking for a suspect in the Friday-night shooting of a resident of the Parkcrest Village apartments in Glassboro.

Police said the suspect is a black man, about 5 feet, 8 inches tall with a husky build. He was wearing a black hoodie and dark jeans.

He may have a moustache and should be considered armed and dangerous.

The man is wanted in connection with the shooting of Patrick M. Hastings, 29, of Parkcrest Village on Route 322 in Glassboro.

Hastings was wounded in the neck during what residents of the complex described as a struggle outside their units about 6:45 p.m. Friday.

Hastings was airlifted to Cooper Medical Center in Camden, where he remained hospitalized after surgery.

Officers were reviewing video recordings and canvassing the area of the apartment complex.

Anyone with information is asked to call Glassboro Detective Lou Butler at 856-881-1501.
