Financial-aid seminar set for college

MARPLE Delaware County Community College will hold its 17th annual financial-aid information night at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 9, 2014, in the Large Auditorium on its Marple campus.

Billed on the school's website as the "region's most comprehensive financial-aid program," it will offer attendees a chance to hear experts from area colleges and universities "demystify" the financial-aid process and answer questions.

Also, the school announced that the last chance to register for spring classes, which begin Jan. 21, is Jan. 15, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. - Inquirer staff
