A story Tuesday about Andre Butler's guilty plea in the murder of Philadelphia Police Officer Isabel Nazario misattributed a quote. Police Officer Terry Tull's wife, Sharnell, said she felt confused and angry and sorry, to a point, about the defendant.

A story Wednesday gave a wrong first name for Msgr. John J. McIntyre, named the newest auxiliary bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Philadelphia. The headline wrongly stated that the archdiocese named him a bishop. Catholic bishops are officially appointed by the pope.
