In some editions Friday, a headline gave the incorrect name for the Philadelphia School District human resources administrator who stepped down, Estelle G. Matthews.

A story Thursday on a case against Montgomery County Commissioner James R. Matthews incorrectly stated that the grand jury named Robert Graf among the attendees of breakfast meetings that may have violated the state's Sunshine Act.
