Man arrested for harrassment

POLICE HAVE arrested a man accused of harassing women and inappropriately touching himself in public on two separate occasions on the University of Pennsylvania campus.

Adam Bund, 36, of Bucknell Street near Parrish in Fairmount, was arrested and charged late last week with indecent exposure, open lewdness and harassment for the two instances, police announced yesterday.

In February, a 21-year-old woman told authorities that a man believed to be Bund was staring at her while touching himself on Penn's campus in University City. Police said Bund is also suspected in a similar incident that occurred on the campus in April.
