Phila. lawyer gets jail for marijuana grow house

A Philadelphia lawyer who established and operated a marijuana grow house in an old warehouse on American Street near Lehigh Avenue was sentenced Wednesday to five years in federal prison. Richard K. Creamer, 39, was convicted of conspiracy to manufacture 1,000 or more marijuana plants and related offenses after a jury trial in December. - Staff report
