Riordan: In Cherry Hill, the show must go on -- but not one with the N-word

For a term that’s taboo pretty much everywhere, the N-word is the talk of the town – at a moment that comes in a far different cultural and political climate.

Update: On Friday, after this column was filed, the Cherry Hill school district decided to allow students to perform "Ragtime" as written, including the N-word.
