Beer truck flips over, blocking I-95 ramp

A ramp off I-95 to westbound Woodhaven Road (Route 63) was reopened around 9 last night after being blocked since around 7 a.m. by a tractor-trailer that flipped over a guardrail. For much of the day, only the left lane was getting by the scene of the accident, according to state police. The rig, carrying Yuengling beer, was lying on its roof, with the cab on the ramp and the trailer on the slope below.
