City man arrested in killing of man, 21

The FBI early yesterday arrested a 19-year-old Philadelphia man in the killing last summer of Raheem Ellis, 21, in his car on Parkside Avenue near Girard Avenue.

J. J. Klaver, FBI special agent for media relations, said Donte Hill, 19, was taken into custody without incident in the 2100 block of Buchart Road in Lower Pottsgrove, Montgomery County. An assailant shot Ellis 14 times at 2 a.m. July 20, and he died a short time later at Hahnemann University Hospital. Philadelphia detectives could not say last night what the motive was.

The FBI's task force on violent fugitives assisted the Lower Pottsgrove police in making the arrest, after an investigation by Philadelphia detectives and FBI agents.
