Dr. Ranvir Ahlawat of Toms River worked with Internet pharmacies operating in California, Florida, and Louisiana. Ahlawat wrote the prescriptions for potentially addictive drugs in 2003 and 2004 based only on Internet questionnaires. - Sam Wood
