Man is fatally shot in North Phila.
An unidentified man was fatally shot in North Philadelphia early last night, police said. The man was in the 2000 block of North Fourth Street shortly after 6 when he was shot three times in the back and left arm, police said. He was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital at 6:38 p.m. Police reported no arrests. - Robert Moran
